Weekly Wishes #2

I'm currently watching Pirates of the Caribbean in my new apartment because it's Sunday and nothing is on TV. I plan on spending all day enjoying my last day off since classes start on Monday (or by time you read this, today).

Last week I participated in my first ever Weekly Wishes link-up! While I didn't completely accomplish everything, I think I did a pretty good job.

Last week's wishes:

1. Workout 4/7 days this week. I wasn't feeling too well, so I only ended up working out twice.  It was good to have a few days off from the gym, though!

2. Learn how to cook a decent meal. I made myself pasta for dinner!

3. Get back to my old blogging schedule. I did and I plan to keep it going!

4. Have quality bonding time with the new roomies. Definitely accomplished. We made s'mores on our balcony which not only ended up being hilarious, but we also tried to make friends with the person across from us who was watching netflix on his balcony. (Oh, and I freaked out about a bug).

5. Write for 10 minutes a day. Well...this didn't happen.

This week's wishes:

1. Register for recruitment. I keep going back and forth with myself on this. I need to make a decision, and that decision needs to be that I just do it.

2. Make some progress at work. These companies need to cooperate!

3. Write for 5 minutes a day. Maybe if I start smaller, I'll do it.  I really want to add this into my daily schedule!

  1. So excited to see you joining in the Weekly Wishes link up! I've been doing it for a few weeks and it definitely has kept me accountable! I suck at remembering to work out (especially when I don't feel well). Writing for the 5 minutes a day goal is great! I had a teacher who had us write nonstop - never lifting our pen from the paper - for 5 minutes and it really got the creative juices going. I should probably start doing that again

  3. Me too! I'm going through sorority recruitment right now, so working out isn't really happening. I'm exhausted and there is just so much homework to catch up on!
