Weekly Wishes #6

It's Monday again! That whole "get excited for Monday's" thing I talked about last week is actually going pretty well! Apparently optimism actually works, who knew...

I went to an herbalism workshop this weekend, so there's that.

It was actually pretty cool, though. I learned a lot and I'm probably going to end up trying some of it. I have to make my way to Whole Foods one day this week (and a reasonably priced grocery store so I'll actually have food in my apartment).

How was your weekend?


1. Get back to the gym. Check (kind-of).
2. Re-set my sleep schedule. I made a good attempt.
3. Drink green tea every morning. Check!
4. Read a book for fun. I need my professors to just collectively take a week off so I can curl up on my couch and read.


1. Eat one salad every day. Vegetables are kind of my enemy, but they're like super important or something. (I need to eat them).

2. Buy a new book. My new method to get myself to make time to read is to buy one of the five books that I really want. This way, I'll have to read it because I just spent like $15 on it.

3. Take some pictures. I've found some good spots this weekend and I've been neglecting my camera.

  1. I went to a Herbal farm a few weeks ago - pretty fascinating stuff right? I also need to get better sleep and more vegetables in my diet.

  8. Eating salad is definitely a struggle. Haha! I actually just downloaded a book on my iPad today. (It's my first time not having an actually book, so we'll see how it goes). Good luck to you, too!
