Well, hey! Today is day one of my yoga cleanse, which means I'll being doing yoga for seven days and following a specific diet (it's kind of like the Paleo diet I think? Maybe it is the Paleo diet just with a different name? I honestly don't know?). I'll let you know how it goes.

I actually celebrated Halloween on Friday, unlike my post said. I was a minion and there were no heart attacks, but I am glad it's over. My boyfriend came to visit, too! So there was a lot of breakfast and restaurant meals (I had Chipotle for the first time in forever).

It was also really nice out this weekend! Like 65 and I was able to wear a sweater! I just realized, though, that my good jacket is still at home--so hopefully it doesn't get much colder until after Thanksgiving.

How was your weekend?


LAST WEEK'S GOALS:

1. Eat one salad every day. About that...
2. Buy a new book. I bought "Not That Kind of Girl" because everyone is reading it, and "It Starts With Food." I'm about halfway through both of them, so that worked out well.
3. Take some pictures. Yeah, no. Oops.

THIS WEEK'S GOALS:

1. Do the "Whole7" diet. For my Yoga class we're doing a week long yoga cleanse together, so I'm doing the Whole30 (which is from "It Starts With Food"). I'm going to try to do the whole 30 days, but I have to at least do it for 7.

2. Finish reading one of my books. I really need to finish the food one because it's for my class and my reflection is due next week.

3. Have a green smoothie every day. It works with the Whole30 and the salad thing never happened last week.
