Last week was long and exhausting. It was just one of those weeks where you're just not having it.My yoga cleanse was kind of cool, I'd definitely do it again but I'd like to be able to pick my own start date. (It wasn't really a good time for me).

It was just me and one of my roommates alone in the apartment this weekend so it involved us buying all the junk food in Target on Thursday, eating it all through Friday while binge watching Criminal Minds, going to an event on campus that was awful, buying a Christmas tree after ditching, realizing this all was a terrible decision on Saturday, buying only healthy groceries and making chili while continuing to binge watch Criminal Minds.

It's safe to say that they should probably never leave us alone together.

How was your weekend?

LAST WEEK'S GOALS:

1. Do the "Whole7" diet.  I did pretty well...but if you consider the Whole30's "no cheating at all" rule, then I failed.
2. Finish reading one of my books. I finished "Not That Kind of Girl" and I didn't understand all the hype. There was nothing "profound" and her writing style irritated me. (Not sorry).
3. Have a green smoothie every day. I had four, so that went pretty well.

THIS WEEK'S GOALS:

1. Finish reading "It Starts With Food". My book report is due this week so I figured this will be extra motivation.

2. Complete Week 1 of the BBG. Maybe I'll do it if I put it in writing. I have a love/hate relationship with Kayla Itsines's workouts.

3. Have a green smoothie every day. Because I really won't eat vegetables unless I do this...

What are your goals for this week?

  1. I was thinking of trying Kayla's workout. I just did a 7 day clean eating to and did pretty well, not perfect either. Good luck this week!
