So this post was definitely supposed to go up yesterday but apparently I lost track of my weekend.

Regardless, this works out better because my Monday has inspired some goals that I hadn't previously thought of.

LAST WEEK'S GOALS:

1. Don't skip any workouts. Check!

2. Start a new book. Not that it's a new book, but I'm finally starting to read Harry Potter. (Maybe I shouldn't admit that I haven't actually read them all).

The Best Grilled Cheese Ever

I feel like if I ever post a recipe, it's something healthy. While grilled cheese typically isn't that great for you, I think I can pass it off as healthy. If not, it has guacamole so it's healthy for your soul--so good enough for me!

Really though, it has guacamole and bacon! The things you can find on Pinterest amaze me. I literally gasped when I found it and yelled "we have to make this!"

I found the original recipe here, but I created my own guac for it.

My newest goal for this semester is to find the best coffee shop in town. I kickstarted that search this weekend by going back to Oxford Exchange. The last time I was there, I was on a no-coffee-kick so I didn't try any.

HUGE MISTAKE.

It was the best coffee I had ever had! I wanted multiple cups of coffee for the rest of that day. (My roommate was also inspired to order a cappuccino maker for the apartment--so that was exciting).

My trips to Starbucks will never be the same now...

I still have so many places to try, but now my expectations are significantly higher. Anyway, onto my goals:

Simple & Quick Green Smoothie

So one day way-back-when (like, a month ago), I said I was going to make a post about green smoothies. While there are literally hundreds of recipes I could talk about, I decided to share my favorite go-to for when I'm in a hurry before going to class in the mornings.

The best part? It's only four ingredients:banana, spinach, almond milk, and water!

You're probably thinking that it sounds really gross and I don't blame you. My roommate made that face at me yesterday morning while I was making it.

But I promise that if you like bananas, you'll love it! And you can't even taste the spinach, so it's a win-win.

So I took a long break from blogging--in which Christmas, New Years, and my blogging anniversary passed. Earth to Marina is officially one year old! (I clearly didn't write a special post about it. Does that make me a bad blogger? Probably.)

I also meant to post this yesterday but class got in the way--my bad.

Because my last post was so long ago, I want to dedicate this "Weekly Wishes" to setting some goals for 2015 in general. Since I've forgotten everything else I had planned for this intro, let's just get to it:
