Oxford Exchange - Coffee, Books & More

oxford exchange caramel latte

You would think that after ten weeks in New York I would have been able to find a coffee shop that I like better than OE.

Maybe it's because theres not enough space to have a nicely decorated coffee bar / bookstore / Anthropology-ish store / restaurant all in one place in Manhattan. But I mean I feel like there should be one somewhere.

Either way, Oxford Exchange is no doubt one of the perks of living in Tampa. (Even if it takes a 20 minute drive on the highway to get there).

It's perfect. I've written about OE before in my post about how to be more of a "morning person" but it deserves a whole post of it's own because literally anything you can order there is good.

Vanilla latte? Good. Caramel iced latte? Great. Cold brew? A little bitter, but nothing that can't be fixed with some sugar. And if you're not feelin' coffee, they have a tea bar too. The mint green tea is my personal fave.

What's even better is that they only use Buddy Brew Coffee, which is local to Tampa and has a pretty cool philosophy.

Oh, and the food. The food. If it's not Instagram worthy, it's not served here. Even the salad I got once was pretty. (It was just a mountain of chopped greens, but whatever). Their brunch menu is the best, because it's the only time you can get their pressed french toast with Nutella and strawberries.

There's a reason this place was my first stop when I got back to Tampa.
